- Unopened Products: If the product is unopened and eligible for return, we will provide a prepaid return label free of charge. We will inform you if the product needs to be mailed back or dropped off at a location.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products:
- Defective Items: Please contact us within 14 days with photos and a description of the issue.
- Non-Defective Items: The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
